Challenge: The client wanted customer testimonials to highlight the specific features of their Lennox Comfort heating and cooling systems.
Insight: We wanted to create videos that delivered the information the client wanted and were amusing and charming in their own right.
Idea: To tell the stories of real customers but in the most comforting way possible. We created original bedtime storybooks for Lennox users, which would become charming videos about the Lennox Comfort system.
